Tenable (TENB) PT Raised to $45 at Cantor Fitzgerald as 'Fundamental Setup is Intact'

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Jonathan Ruykhaver raised the price target on Tenable (NASDAQ: TENB) to $45.00 (from $30.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.

The analyst commented, "The fundamental setup is intact, as Tenable One adoption continues to build and ~2/3 of the enterprise base remains unconverted, while the billings shift to annual payments leaves cRPO as the cleaner demand read. Tenable has beaten consensus revenue every quarter for the last two years, by an average of 1.9%, and given the recent run in the stock, we think this quarter may need a slightly stronger beat plus signs of cRPO inflection to work.

UBS analyst Roger Boyd downgraded Tenable (NASDAQ: TENB) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $37.00.

The analyst commented: "We are downgrading TENB to Neutral from Buy and raising our PT to $37 from $32 (based on 11x CY27E uFCF vs 10x prior). Despite the 20% decline WTD, TENB shares are still up ~75% since the Mythos announcement, and in our view still appear to be pricing in HSD/LDD% growth at 13x CY26E uFCF, which would likely require significant upside to 2Q and/or a strong 2H guide for investors to remain confident.

Tenable joins Cisco's SolutionsPlus as exposure management partner

Tenable Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TENB) announced it has joined Cisco's SolutionsPlus program, making its Tenable One Exposure Management Platform available to Cisco vulnerability management customers.

Under the partnership, Cisco customers can access Tenable One, which aggregates exposure data from Tenable's native sensors, over 330 integrations, and custom data sources. The platform includes Tenable Hexa AI, described as an agentic AI engine designed to convert exposure data into automated action.

The arrangement is intended to provide Cisco Vulnerability Management customers a path to transition to Tenable's platform while maintaining continuous security coverage during the migration.
