TechCreate Group Ltd. (OTCMKTS: TCGLF), a Singapore-based payment software solutions provider, said it plans to request that the NYSE Committee for Review overturn a panel decision affirming the commencement of delisting proceedings against its Class A ordinary shares.
In a written decision dated August 20, 2026, the NYSE American LLC Listing Qualifications Panel upheld the NYSE American staff's determination to begin delisting proceedings. Under NYSE American rules, TechCreate has 15 calendar days from the panel's decision, or until September 4, 2026, to submit a written request for committee review. The company said it intends to file within that period.
