Baird upgraded a well-known industrial REIT to Outperform in a note on Monday, arguing that the firm’s discount has become too wide to overlook.

"Valuation is hard to ignore: you are paying a REIT-average multiple for above-REIT-average growth in a property type where fundamentals are improving and private capital is active," analyst Nicholas Thillman wrote.
