Salazar Resources Limited (TSXV: SRL) (OTCQB: SRLZF) (FSE: CCG) has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at $0.35 per unit, seeking to raise up to $3.5 million, according to a press release.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.60 for a period of two years from closing.

The company filed a Price Reservation with the TSX Venture Exchange on September 10, 2026, ahead of the announcement. Insiders may participate in the financing, and finders' fees
