Stria Lithium rebrands as Arc Mineral Royalties after gold deal

Stria Lithium Inc. (TSXV: SRA) has completed a change of business transaction, a concurrent private placement, and a name change to Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd., with its trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange set to change to "ARO," according to a company press release.

The company acquired a 1% net smelter return royalty on the Mt Henry Gold Project in Western Australia from Sinclair Gold Ltd. (ASX: SGC) for A$5 million (approximately CAD $4.8 million) and 4 million common shares.
