StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX) announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Integra Trading S.A.S., a Colombia-based coffee trader, exporter, and bean processor. The acquisition will be made through StoneX's Switzerland-based trading entity and integrated into its Supply & Trading physical commodities business.

Founded in 2015 by Manuel Rueda, Integra operates a certified processing mill near Medellín in the Antioquia region. The company holds multiple certifications, including Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade USA, Fair Trade International, 4C, Colombia's Protected Geographical Indication, and U.S. FSMA compliance. Integra also maintains a Miami-based sales hub.

The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive

StoneX Markets LLC, a subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX), has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Cotlook to launch a suite of over-the-counter cotton derivatives, according to a press release issued Oct. 1, 2026.

The first product under the agreement is the Cotlook Brazil Basis Swap, which will reference the Brazilian component of the Cotlook A Index. The instrument is designed to help farming cooperatives, merchants, mills, and manufacturers manage basis risk in international cotton supply chains.

StoneX Financial Inc. and DeltaTerra Investments have executed a synthetic credit risk transfer transaction referencing agency CRT securities issued through Fannie Mae's Connecticut Avenue Securities program and Freddie Mac's Structured Agency Credit Risk program, according to a press release.
