TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBRA) announced today that it will issue its 2026 third quarter earnings release on November 2, 2026, after the close of trading.

A conference call with a simultaneous webcast to discuss the 2026 third quarter results will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Discovery Senior Living acquires Sunshine Retirement Living

Discovery Senior Living announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sunshine Retirement Living, a seniors housing management company headquartered in Bend, Oregon, adding 33 communities and more than 3,500 units under management to Discovery's national portfolio.

Founded in 2010, Sunshine manages a portfolio that includes more than 2,750 independent living, 207 assisted living, and 544 memory care units across multiple states. The underlying communities will remain under existing ownership, including a Sunshine-affiliated entity, Sabra Healthcare REIT (NASDAQ: SBRA), and Investcorp.
