Splash Beverage Group Inc. (NYSE: SBEV) amended settlement agreements with three prior investors on July 15, 2026, extending payment deadlines tied to breach-of-contract claims dating to October 2024.

Under the amended terms, the company paid $137,797.54 on July 15, 2026, representing 50% of the remaining unpaid settlement balance. The remaining $137,797.54 is due July 31, 2026, with interest accruing at 12% per annum and reasonable attorney's fees borne by the investors.

Splash Beverage Group sets 1-for-4 reverse stock split after trading halt

Splash Beverage Group Inc. (NYSE American: SBEV) filed a Certificate of Change with the Nevada Secretary of State on July 16, 2026, to execute a one-for-four reverse stock split of its common stock, effective at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on July 24, 2026.

Under the reverse stock split, every four shares of issued and outstanding common stock will be converted into one share. The number of authorized shares of common stock will also be proportionally reduced from 400,000,000 to 100,000,000. Splash Beverage settles $2.8M loan for $301K with Decathlon Alpha

Splash Beverage Group Inc. (NYSE: SBEV) has entered into a letter agreement with Decathlon Alpha IV, L.P. to settle outstanding obligations under a revenue loan originally dated December 24, 2020.

According to a company statement, Splash Beverage agreed to pay $301,800.55 on or before August 31, 2026, to satisfy a total outstanding debt of $2,834,689 under the Revenue Loan and Security Agreement.

Upon receipt of the payment by the lender, Splash Beverage will be fully released from all obligations under the loan agreement, including any remaining outstanding balance, claims, fees, liabilities, and related costs.

Splash Beverage gets NYSE American compliance extension to January 2027

Splash Beverage Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SBEV) announced that NYSE American has accepted its plan to regain compliance with the exchange's continued listing standards, granting the company a compliance period through January 29, 2027.

The company submitted its compliance plan on May 29, 2026. During the compliance period, Splash Beverage will provide periodic updates to NYSE American on its progress.

Brady Cobb, Interim Chief Executive Officer, said the company now has "an Exchange-accepted framework to execute our strategy while maintaining our NYSE American listing," adding that the objective is to deliver on compliance initiatives "well in advance of the January 2027 deadline."
