Sangoma and Jazzware link hotel PMS with UC platform

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: SANG) has announced a new integration between its Sangoma UC for Hospitality platform and Jazzware, a hospitality communications and guest experience software provider, according to a company press release.

The integration connects hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) with Sangoma's communications platform through Jazzware's hospitality integration layer. The combined solution enables real-time synchronization of guest check-ins, check-outs, room status, and billing updates, along with automated call accounting and guest service automation, including wake-up calls, voicemail, and room move updates.

The integration also includes emergency services support, covering E911 location and notification capabilities intended to help properties meet Kari's Law

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX: STC; NASDAQ: SANG) announced that Chief Financial Officer Larry Stock will retire effective June 30, 2026, after nearly six years with the communications technology company.

Adrian Back, currently Senior Vice President of Finance, will assume the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer beginning July 1, 2026. The company's board of directors has initiated a search for a permanent CFO replacement, considering both internal and external candidates.

Stock will remain available to Sangoma in a senior advisory capacity for one year following his retirement to facilitate the transition process.
