Runway Growth Finance Corp. (Nasdaq: RWAY) reported $139.4 million in liquidity events and $8.5 million in new fundings during the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a company press release.

The liquidity events included full repayment of a $72.3 million senior secured term loan from 3PL Central LLC (dba Extensiv), a $35.0 million repayment from Route 92 Medical, Inc., a $17.1 million repayment from Onward Medical, N.V., and a $6.3 million repayment from Shepherd Intermediate, LLC (dba Federal Hearings and Appeals Services). An additional $8.7 million came from scheduled loan principal amortization and partial prepayments.

Runway Growth Finance Corp. (Nasdaq: RWAY) has priced an underwritten public offering of $45.0 million in aggregate principal amount of notes due 2031, according to a press release.

The notes will bear interest at 7.75% per year, payable quarterly, with the first interest payment scheduled for Dec. 1, 2026. The notes mature on Oct. 1, 2031, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at the company's option on or after Oct. 1, 2028. They will be issued in denominations of $25 and integral multiples thereof.
