Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 19, 2025) - Regency Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSMX) (OTCQB: RSMXD) ("Regency Silver" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful closing of its previously announced (December 9, December 11 and December 15) best efforts brokered private placement of units of the Company (the "Units") for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3,991,000 (the "Brokered Offering"). Regency Silver Corp. (TSXV: RSMX) (OTCQB: RSMXD) announced it has increased its previously announced private placement offering to $3.5 million due to investor demand, according to a company statement.

The brokered offering, led by Centurion One Capital Corp., will issue 20 million units at $0.175 per unit. The company also announced a concurrent non-brokered private placement of up to 500,000 units at the same price for additional gross proceeds of $87,500.

Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional shares at $0.26 for 36 months from the closing date.
