NEW YORK, July 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RQI) (the "Fund") today announced the results of its transferable rights offering (the "Offer"), which commenced on June 18, 2026 and expired on July 15, 2026 (the "Expiration Date"). The Offer was led by UBS Investment Bank as the sole dealer manager.

The Offer is expected to result in the issuance of approximately 12,642,989 shares of the Fund's common stock (the "common shares") (including notices of guaranteed delivery), resulting in anticipated gross proceeds
