Bank of America (BofA) said a recent pullback in one European auto stock has created a valuation gap it views as increasingly hard for investors to ignore.

The bank reiterated a Buy rating on Renault (OTC: RNLSY), while trimming its price objective to €39 from €42 to reflect slightly lower earnings estimates and a reduced valuation multiple.

Shares have fallen around 10% year to date, which BofA analysts largely attributed to management “talking down FY26 expectations” at recent investor events and again during a pre-close call in January.
