QumulusAI signs $18M deal to supply Nvidia Blackwell B300 nodes

QumulusAI, an Atlanta-based neocloud infrastructure provider, announced a two-year, take-or-pay agreement to supply Nvidia Blackwell B300 nodes to a GPU cloud marketplace, according to a company press release. The contract is valued at more than $18 million.

The customer operates a GPU cloud platform used by AI teams across more than 100 regions worldwide. The agreement makes QumulusAI a core Blackwell supplier to that customer.

Capacity under the agreement will be served from QumulusAI's existing U.S. data center locations, with initial deployments expected to come online in the summer. The company uses a distributed network of colocation sites to deploy GPU capacity.

QumulusAI (Nasdaq: QMLS), an AI cloud infrastructure company, announced the purchase of 1,632 Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPUs to be delivered across 204 Nvidia HGX B300 systems, according to a press release. The company describes the order as one of its largest single capacity expansions to date.
