Green Canada Uranium Corp. (TSXV: GCUC), formerly known as MAACKK Capital Corp., announced the closing of its reverse takeover transaction with Green Canada Corporation, concurrent with a private placement financing and the acquisition of a uranium project in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, according to a company press release.
