Pluri's Cellav unit completes UK regulatory registration for aesthetics product

Pluri Inc. (Nasdaq: PLUR) announced that its subsidiary, Cellav Health and Aesthetics Ltd., has completed the cosmetic regulatory registration and notification process in the United Kingdom, clearing the way for a commercial launch of its regenerative aesthetics product, Regenativo+.

The product has been notified on the UK Cosmetic Product Notification (UKCP) portal. Regenativo+ is described as a plant-derived treatment designed for professional aesthetic use.

Pluri Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUR) remains in discussions with the European Investment Bank (EIB) over a potential resolution regarding a €20 million loan that was scheduled to mature on June 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

The loan represents the first tranche of a broader finance agreement between the EIB and Pluri, along with its subsidiaries Pluri Biotech Ltd. and Pluristem GmbH, that provided for up to €50 million in total funding. The disbursed €20 million tranche, issued in June 2021, carries an interest rate of 4% per annum.

Pluri Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUR) entered into an Advance Subscription Agreement on June 14, 2026, with Chutzpah Holdings LP, a limited partnership beneficially owned by Alexandre Weinstein, the chairman of the company's board of directors and an existing shareholder.

Under the agreement, Chutzpah Holdings agreed to pay Pluri an advance of $1,250,000, which the company received on June 16, 2026. The funds are designated for working capital and general corporate purposes.
