Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCID: PKKFF) has signed a five-year partnership agreement with Brand Ops, a China-based brand marketer and product distributor, to give North American retailers registered on its Cubeler Business Hub platform access to Brand Ops' network of more than 60,000 retail outlets across China.

Brand Ops, which began operations in 2015 as a regional distributor for the Chinese tea industry, now operates across more than 300 cities and maintains partnerships with Chinese e-commerce platforms including Tmall and JD.com.

Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCID: PKKFF) has reached an agreement to sell its 51% ownership stake in Asia Synergy Financial Capital (ASFC), a Chinese financial services subsidiary, for CAD $10.2 million, according to a company statement.
