DA Davidson analyst Lucky Schreiner raised the price target on Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA) to $35.00 (from $32.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

The analyst commented, "We maintain our NEUTRAL rating for PEGA after 3Q results missed expectations with growth decelerating as purchasing decisions remain elongated due to confusion around AI. We do not see upside to estimates near term and view growth as adequately priced into the stock but remain optimistic towards potential upside to FCF in FY27 should execution improve."
