Nanox signs distribution deal with Imperial Imaging for southeast U.S.

Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced that its subsidiary Nanox Impact Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with Imperial Imaging Technology LLC to expand access to the Nanox.ARC imaging system across six southeastern states.

Under the agreement, Imperial Imaging Technology will serve as a distributor for the Nanox.ARC system and related services across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Northern Florida. The Georgia-based company will handle marketing, sales efforts, and customer support in the territory.

The Nanox.ARC is described as a multisource digital tomosynthesis system that provides 3D imaging at reduced cost and radiation dose compared to traditional CT scans.

Nano-X Imaging Ltd (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted 510(k) clearance for TAP2D, a new image enhancement capability for its Nanox.ARC and Nanox.ARC X digital tomosynthesis systems.

The TAP2D capability generates a 2D image directly from tomosynthesis scans, providing radiologists with both 3D and 2D views from a single scan without additional radiation exposure to patients. The feature delivers the additional view automatically within existing clinical environments.

The clearance represents a step in Nanox's regulatory strategy to position its tomosynthesis systems as primary diagnostic solutions rather than adjunctive tools. Currently, the Nanox.ARC systems operate as standalone primary
