Nomad Power Solutions (NASDAQ: NMAD) announced that DSO Electric Cooperative has placed two company-owned Nomad Battery Energy Storage Systems into ongoing seasonal operation following a 2025 peak-shaving pilot program.

The Kansas-based electric cooperative purchased the two Nomad Traveler units after the pilot projected more than $100,000 in seasonal demand charge savings. During the pilot, the two units were integrated into DSO's distribution network in less than one day, with minimal site preparation.

DSO uses the mobile battery systems as part of its peak-demand management strategy. The systems store energy during low-demand periods and discharge during peak-load events, allowing the cooperative to reduce

Nomad Power Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMAD) announced a third-generation upgrade to its Voyager mobile energy storage fleet, increasing usable storage capacity across all three models without changing their physical footprint, rated power output, or deployment time.

According to the company's press release, the Voyager Eagle and Falcon each see storage rise from 1.3 MWh to 2.025 MWh, a 56% increase, while maintaining rated power outputs of 999 kW and 500 kW, respectively.
