NewGenIVF to raise K25.ai stake to 13% in $7.5M deal

NewGenIVF Group Limited (Nasdaq: NIVF) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an additional 3% equity interest in K25.ai at a $250 million valuation, bringing its total ownership in the AI platform from 10% to 13%.

The $7.5 million investment follows K25.ai's community beta launch. As part of the transaction, NewGen expects to issue approximately 2.5 million Class A ordinary shares, which would bring the company's total outstanding shares to approximately 5.9 million. The company said the share issuance is expected to push its market capitalization above the $5 million threshold required for Nasdaq listing compliance.

NewGen's K25.ai stake doubles to $20M after Series A round

NewGenIVF Group Limited (NASDAQ: NIVF) said K25.ai has closed its Series A investment round with participation from Singapore-based digital assets firm Amber Group, valuing K25.ai at a post-money valuation of $200 million.

NewGen had invested $10 million in K25.ai's Pre-A round, acquiring an approximate 10% ownership stake. Following the Series A close, that stake is now valued at $20 million, representing an unrealized gain of approximately $10 million. The company said the gain is expected to be recognized in 2026.

According to the press release, the Series A valuation represents a doubling of K25.ai's $100 million Pre-A valuation in under 60 days.
