Orbia Advance Corporation (BMV: ORBIA) announced that Chief Financial Officer James P. Kelly will retire after nearly five years with the company, with Cristian Capellino set to replace him as CFO effective March 15, 2026.

Kelly joined Orbia in 2021 and will remain with the company through mid-year to facilitate the transition. During his tenure, he focused on financial discipline, capital allocation, and strengthening the company's balance sheet and cash generation capabilities.

Orbia Advance Corporation (BMV: ORBIA*) announced that Chief Financial Officer James P. Kelly will retire after four years of service, with Cristian Capellino set to assume the role effective March 15, 2026.

Kelly joined the Boston-based company in 2021 and will remain through mid-year to facilitate the transition. During his tenure, he focused on financial discipline, capital allocation, and strengthening reporting systems while engaging with investors and analysts.

Capellino, who joined Orbia in 2020, currently serves as Vice President of Finance Transformation and has held senior roles in controllership, tax, and financial planning across the company's operations in more than 40 countries.
