Meta Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: MTTA, OTCQB: MTTAF, FSE: VJ3) has appointed John Melkon, a senior advisor to the United States Military Academy at West Point, to its Strategic Advisory Board, according to a company statement.

Meta Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE:MTTA)(OTCQB:MTTAF)(FSE:VJ3) entered into an option agreement on April 27, 2026, to acquire a 100% interest in a critical minerals project portfolio in north-central Wyoming from privately owned Arcadia Minerals Inc.

The Arcadia Project encompasses approximately 3,760 acres of Bureau of Land Management claims and state leases, hosting two heavy mineral sand deposits called Grass Creek and Dugout Creek. The deposits contain zircon, ilmenite and monazite minerals.
