JPMorgan analyst Dominic O\'Kane upgraded ArcelorMittal (MT:NA) (NYSE: MT) from Underweight to Neutral with a price target of EUR46.10 (from EUR42.70).

The analyst comments: “We rate ArcelorMittal (MT) Neutral. We continue to forecast a return of pricing power for Euro steel companies and earnings growth in 2026/27. MT with its Calvert ramp-up, is also due to benefit from strong pricing environment within the US & North American market. MT also offers a share buyback programme with further top-up potential given recent Vallourec stake sale. However, shares are trading in line vs its Fair Value and carries limited upside.
