Maison Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: MSS) has entered into an agreement to form a new Hong Kong-incorporated company focused on artificial-intelligence software for grocery retail and supply-chain applications, according to a press release statement.

On July 22, 2026, Maison Solutions and its wholly owned subsidiary AZLL LLC signed a Formation, Subscription and Software Contribution Agreement with Hangzhou Shengxianbao Technology Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Yanghan E-Commerce Firm. The new entity, to be named Maison AI Limited, will be incorporated as a private company limited by shares in Hong Kong.
