Proposed NSM Labs name reflects expansion across drones, defense, aerospace, critical minerals and infrastructure

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX), a provider of advanced technologies for defense, aerospace and other mission-critical markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to change the Company’s corporate name to NSM Labs, Inc., subject to stockholder approval at an upcoming stockholder meeting.

NSM stands for National Security Matters.

Mobix Labs agrees to acquire drone maker Vision Aerial

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vision Aerial, Inc., a U.S.-based drone manufacturer whose customers include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, government agencies, and energy and utility operators.

Vision Aerial produces unmanned aerial systems for national security, infrastructure inspection, energy operations, public safety, and aerial sensing applications.

According to a press release, the transaction is expected to close this quarter, subject to customary closing conditions including financing and stockholder approval. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
