Mkango to acquire remaining 10% of HyProMag Germany for £1.06M

Mkango Magnetic Materials Ltd. (AIM: MKA)(TSXV: MKA) has announced that HyProMag Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maginito Limited, has agreed to acquire Professor Carlo Burkhardt's 10% interest in HyProMag GmbH ("HyProMag Germany") for total consideration of £1,060,000.

Upon completion, HyProMag Germany will be fully owned by HyProMag Limited. Mkango's effective interest in HyProMag Germany, held through Maginito, will increase from 71.5% to 79.4%.

Of the total consideration, £757,900 will be settled through the issuance of 2,569,152 new Mkango common shares to Professor Burkhardt at 29.5 pence per share, the closing price on AIM on October 27, 2026. The remaining £302,100 is
