Mayfair Gold Corp. (TSXV: MFG) (NYSE American: MINE) has appointed Daniel Janusauskas, P.Eng., as Vice President, Technical Services, effective November 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

Janusauskas is a mining engineer with more than 15 years of experience in technical services, mine planning, project development, and operations. He most recently served as Technical Services Manager at Generation Mining, where he worked on the Marathon Copper-Palladium Project through feasibility updates, project financing, and the transition into construction.

Mayfair Gold Corp. (NYSE American: MINE) has entered into a subscription agreement and a non-binding term sheet with Macquarie Bank Limited for a proposed C$310 million financing package to support development of its Fenn-Gib Gold Project in the Timmins region of Northern Ontario.

The package consists of a C$10 million strategic equity investment and a proposed C$300 million project finance facility. Macquarie's equity investment is priced at C$4.26 per common share, representing a 10% premium to the five-day volume-weighted average trading price on the TSX Venture Exchange as of September 30, 2026, subject to exchange approvals.
