Moleculin Biotech, Inc. Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBRX) announced it has filed an amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Delaware Secretary of State to execute a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its common stock.

The reverse stock split is set to take effect at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2026, after which the stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a post-split basis. The company will retain its existing ticker symbol "MBRX" but will be assigned a new CUSIP number: 60855D 507.

Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBRX) announced it has completed enrollment in Part A of its pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial, which is evaluating Annamycin in combination with cytarabine for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML).

The company enrolled 89 subjects, with one additional subject in screening at the time of the announcement. With Part A enrollment closed, Moleculin said it remains on track for a comprehensive data readout in the first quarter of 2027.
