Mackay Gold & Silver Corp. (TSXV: MACK) (OTCQB: MKGSF) has completed the acquisition of mining properties from Consolidated Virginia Mining Company and Marshall Earth Resources, Inc., both controlled by Hugh Roy Marshall, expanding its holdings in Nevada's Comstock District.

The transaction adds 392 hectares to Mackay's land package, bringing its total to 4,747 hectares (47.5 km²) across Storey County and Lyon County, Nevada. According to the company, this represents the largest consolidated property package in the Comstock District's history and places the entire 6-kilometer length of the Comstock Lode under single ownership for the first time.
