LyondellBasell (NYSE: LYB) announced a collaboration with Mondelez International, Amcor, and Taghleef Industries to produce flexible packaging for Marabou chocolate bars using polymers with recycled content, according to a company press release.

The packaging incorporates LyondellBasell's CirculenRevive polymers, which carry 100% attributed recycled content via an ISCC PLUS-certified mass balance approach. Mondelez states the resulting packaging is sourced from 75% recycled content, derived from post-consumer mixed plastic waste.

In the value chain arrangement, LyondellBasell supplies the circular polymers, Taghleef Industries develops the base film, and Amcor converts the material into the final packaging for Mondelez.
