LeonaBio Inc. (NASDAQ: LONA) appointed Mark F. Kubik as chief business officer, the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company announced. Kubik will oversee business development strategy, licensing, partnership strategy, and corporate development initiatives.

Kubik previously worked as a strategic consultant to LeonaBio and participated in the company's December 2025 acquisition of rights to the Phase 3 lasofoxifene development program for metastatic breast cancer treatment.
