Lunai Bioworks Inc. (NASDAQ: LNAI) has signed a Master Collaboration Agreement with BrainStorm Therapeutics Inc. to develop a precision medicine approach to Parkinson's disease, according to a press release dated Aug. 4, 2026. The companies are targeting an initial data readout from the collaboration for the first half of 2027.

The agreement combines BioSymetrics Inc., Lunai's wholly owned subsidiary, with BrainStorm's patient-derived human midbrain organoid platform. BioSymetrics will contribute its Contingent AI patient-stratification technology, while BrainStorm will provide human translational validation using familial Parkinson's disease brain organoids and associated AI capabilities.
