KULR Technology Group Inc. (NYSE American: KULR) announced a joint development collaboration with Hylio Inc., a Texas-based unmanned agricultural drone manufacturer, to produce battery systems for agricultural drones.

The collaboration aims to design, prototype, and manufacture NDAA-compliant battery systems in Texas for integration into Hylio's unmanned aerial systems platforms. The companies plan to focus on battery architectures for agricultural and defense-adjacent applications with emphasis on U.S.-based supply chains.

According to Research and Markets, the global agricultural drone market is projected to grow from $4.08 billion in 2026 to $8.65 billion by 2032, representing a 13.21% compound annual growth rate.

KULR Technology wins $30M battery supply deal with Caban Energy

KULR Technology Group Inc. (NYSE American: KULR) received a five-year preferred battery supply agreement from Caban Energy worth an estimated $30 million in total revenue starting in 2026, according to a company statement.

The Houston-based energy systems company also acquired Caban's manufacturing assets in Plano, Texas, as part of the agreement. KULR develops lithium battery systems for space, defense, data centers and telecommunications infrastructure.

"This supplier award and the addition of manufacturing assets are timely and important steps as we continue to scale into fast-growing global markets," said Michael Mo, chief executive officer of KULR Technology Group.
