The analyst comments "Following 3Q25 earnings for Kinetik Holding Inc (KNTK, Buy), we refresh our estimates. It was another softer quarter on meaningful commodity margin headwinds and related producer activity curtailments, as well as a slight delay in the Kings Landing start-up. As a result of low 3Q25 results and continued headwinds into 4Q25, management lowered its 2025 EBITDA expectations to $965-1,005m from $1,030-1,090m - and effectively pulled their prior 4Q25 run-rate guidance of $1.2b annualized.
