Kingstone replaces CBIZ CPAs with Deloitte as auditor

Kingstone Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: KINS) announced it has engaged Deloitte & Touche LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm, replacing CBIZ CPAs P.C., effective August 18, 2026.

The company's Audit Committee approved both the dismissal of CBIZ CPAs and the engagement of Deloitte, citing Deloitte's dedicated insurance practice and depth of resources as factors in the selection. The engagement is subject to the execution of a formal engagement letter. Deloitte will audit the company's consolidated financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting as of December 31, 2026.
