Infleqtion receives $3.9M federal funding for quantum superconductor research

Infleqtion (NYSE: INFQ) has been selected to receive $3.9 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Energy's Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) for quantum computing research focused on superconductors and materials science.

The funding is part of the Quantum Computing for Computational Chemistry (QC3) program, which aims to develop quantum algorithms for chemistry and materials science simulations to advance energy applications including superconducting power lines, advanced batteries, engineered rare earth magnets, and catalytic systems.
