InterCure Ltd. (NASDAQ: INCR) (TASE: INCR) received a notice from Nasdaq on February 25, 2026, indicating the company failed to comply with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement, according to a company statement.

The cannabis company's ordinary shares closed below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, violating Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(2). The exchange granted InterCure a 180-calendar day compliance period until August 24, 2026, to restore compliance.
