Hyperion DeFi, Inc. (NASDAQ: HYPD) announced it has repurchased 240,124 common shares at a weighted average gross price of $3.21 per share and retired approximately $8.6 million in legacy debt, according to a company press release.

The Dallas-based company repaid all outstanding principal and interest under a loan agreement with Avenue Capital, with the paydown partially funded by HYPE token sales. Following the repayment, the company reported no long-term debt outstanding.

As of September 30, 2026, Hyperion DeFi held approximately 15,442,482 outstanding common shares, $14.5 million in cash, cash equivalents, and stablecoins, and owned 1.85 million gross HYPE tokens.

Hyperion DeFi, Inc. (NASDAQ: HYPD) announced the launch of an institutional credit facility on HyperLend's Aviya Finance platform, with collateral held in qualified custody at Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., a federally chartered digital asset bank.

The facility uses natively staked HYPE tokens as collateral, held through Anchorage Digital's regulated settlement and collateral network, Atlas. The structure allows collateral to be pledged, released, and monitored continuously while remaining in qualified custody.
