Havertys declares Q3 dividend, adds $15M stock buyback plan

Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. (NYSE: HVT and HVT.A) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share on common stock and $0.31 per share on Class A common stock, payable on September 9, 2026, to stockholders of record as of August 25, 2026.

The company, which operates under the Havertys brand, has paid a cash dividend each year since 1935, according to the press release.

The Board also approved a new $15.0 million authorization under its stock repurchase program, allowing the company to buy back shares of both its common stock and Class A common stock.
