HUB Cyber Security expands Tivani project to include antimony mining

HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (NASDAQ: HUBC) announced that Ferrox Critical Minerals Ltd. is expanding the Tivani Tier-1 Critical Minerals Project to include antimony alongside existing titanium, iron and vanadium mineralization.

The Tivani project, located in Limpopo, South Africa, contains approximately 519 million tons of titaniferous magnetite ore with NI 43-101 compliant resources and secured mining rights, according to the company statement.

Antimony serves as a strategic material in aerospace systems, semiconductors, advanced electronics, flame-retardant materials and military technologies. Western governments have identified antimony as a critical vulnerability within industrial supply chains due to concentrated global supply.

HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (NASDAQ: HUBC) announced that the Tivani Critical Minerals Project has entered pre-construction phase, with HUB beginning integration of its trust infrastructure across contractor verification and governance workflows.

The Tivani project, operated by Ferrox Critical Minerals Ltd., is located in Limpopo Province, South Africa. The fully permitted project targets production commencement in 2027 and has initiated detailed engineering, procurement alignment and construction sequencing activities.
