Bhd., the Manager of Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust ("Hektar REIT") is pleased to announce the second quarter results for the financial year ending 30 June 2024 ("Q2 FY2024"), highlighting a significant improvement in financial performance driven by new revenue contribution from Kolej Yayasan Saad and effective operational management.
