Galaxy Gaming deploys progressive jackpot system on MSC Cruises ships

Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTC: GLXZ) has completed the first phase of its Galaxy Operating System (GOS) deployment across MSC Cruises' North American fleet, according to a press release from the Las Vegas-based company.

The installation covers 30 blackjack tables across seven MSC Cruises ships and marks what the company describes as the first progressive table game jackpot system introduced aboard MSC Cruises vessels. The deployment followed an evaluation period during which MSC Cruises selected Galaxy Gaming's platform.

"This milestone represents nearly two years of collaboration between MSC Cruises and Galaxy Gaming," said Greg Stewart, Vice President of Global Sales for Galaxy Gaming.

Galaxy Gaming cancels 778,320 warrants for $1.2 million

Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTCQB: GLXZ) has cancelled all 778,320 outstanding common stock purchase warrants previously held by affiliated entities of former lender Fortress Credit Corp., according to a company statement.

The warrants carried an exercise price of $0.01 per share and were originally issued in connection with a prior term loan facility. That facility was repaid and terminated in January 2025, when Galaxy Gaming refinanced its debt through a credit agreement with Bank of Montreal. The warrants remained outstanding after the refinancing.
