CGI prices C$500 million senior unsecured notes offering in two series

CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) has priced a private offering of C$500 million in senior unsecured notes, split equally between two series, according to a press release from the Montreal-based company.

The offering consists of C$250 million in 3.25-year notes carrying an interest rate of 4.195% per annum and C$250 million in 4.75-year notes at 4.484% per annum. The offering is expected to close on or about Sept. 14, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 2007, Callibrity employs 120 consultants and specializes in enterprise AI, platform engineering, and digital product development. The firm serves clients primarily in financial services, insurance, and manufacturing.
