Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - October 5, 2026) - GLEN EAGLE RESOURCES INC. (TSXV: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") announces that further to the Company's press release dated August 25, 2026, regarding the entry into a share purchase agreement with Canaan Minerals S. De R.L. (the "Purchaser") and the Company, whereby the Purchaser will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Cobra Oro Honduras S.A. (the "Transaction"), the Company has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") with respect to the Transaction.

Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSXV: GER) has entered into a definitive option agreement with Sparton Resources Inc. (TSXV: SRI) to acquire a 70% interest in the Morrison Silver Mine Property, a mineral claims area located near Gowganda, Ontario, according to a company statement dated September 1, 2026.

To exercise the option, Glen Eagle must make cash payments totaling $112,500 to Sparton in three installments: $25,000 upon agreement execution and exchange approval, $35,000 by the first anniversary, and $52,500 by the second anniversary. The latter two payments are at Glen Eagle's discretion.

Glen Eagle is also required to fund $500,000 in total work

Sparton Resources Inc. (TSXV: SRI) has signed a definitive Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSXV: GER) for the Morrison Silver Mine property near Gowganda, Ontario, according to a company press release dated September 1, 2026.

Under the agreement, Glen Eagle can earn up to a 70% interest in the Morrison Property over a three-year option period. If the full earn-in is completed, aggregate exploration work costs will total $500,000, structured as $150,000 by the first anniversary, $175,000 by the second, and $175,000 by the third. The initial $150,000 work commitment is a firm obligation.
