Forge Resources Corp. (CSE: FRG) (OTCQB: FRGGF) (FSE: 5YZ) has closed a brokered private placement, issuing 8,000,000 units at $0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,000,000, according to a press release dated September 15, 2026.

Forge Resources Corp. (CSE: FRG) (OTCQB: FRGGF) (FSE: 5YZ) reported visible gold intersected at the Payoff Zone during its 2026 diamond drilling campaign at the Alotta Project in Yukon's Dawson Range Gold Belt, according to a company press release.

The 2026 drilling program concluded with six drill holes totaling 2,792 m across the Severance, Payoff, and Commission zones. Drilling equipment has been demobilized from the property.

Visible gold was observed in drill hole ALT-26-020 within a 1 cm wide quartz vein at 217 m depth, situated in a zone of biotite-chlorite alteration hosting mineralized quartz-pyrite veinlets and local massive sulphide veins.
