Future Mineral Resources Inc. (TSX: FMR) has amended a share purchase agreement to acquire the remaining 52% ownership interest in a nickel–zinc–lead project in Poland, according to a press release dated Oct. 16, 2026.

The amendment revises the original agreement signed Feb. 2, 2026, with Forbes EV Metals Inc. and its shareholders, several of whom are current or former directors and officers of Future Mineral. Under the revised terms, the $2,600,000 payable to the vendors will be satisfied through promissory notes bearing 10% annual interest, payable annually, and maturing 24 months after the closing date.
