Evolve Royalties signs deal for 0.5% royalty on Arizona project

Evolve Royalties Ltd. (CSE: EVR; OTCQX: EVRYF) has entered into a definitive royalty purchase agreement with MinQuest Ltd. to acquire a 0.5% net smelter returns royalty on the Sunnyside Project in Arizona, operated by Barksdale Resources Corp.

According to a press release, the total consideration for the royalty is $2.25 million, structured in two instalments combining cash and shares. The first instalment, due at closing, consists of $0.5 million in cash and 363,750 common shares of Evolve at C$2.92 per share, valued at $0.75 million. The second instalment, due by January 2, 2027, comprises $0.5 million in cash and 242,500 common

(“Evolve” or the “Company”) (CSE: EVR; OTCQX: EVRYF) is pleased to announce that, further to its previously announced binding letter of intent, it has entered into a definitive royalty purchase agreement with MinQuest Ltd. (the “Royalty Purchase Agreement”) to acquire a 0.5% net smelter returns royalty (the “Sunnyside Royalty”) on production from claims comprising the Sunnyside Project operated by Barksdale Resources Corp.
