Grit Metals names Jake Clark as CEO, Jeremy Poirier as chairman

Grit Metals Corp. (TSXV: FIN) (FSE: K9T) (OTCQB: EUEMF) has appointed Jake Clark as Chief Executive Officer and director, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Clark, who previously served as Vice President of Exploration at Grit Metals, holds credentials as a registered professional geologist with more than 12 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, and investment across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North America.

Former CEO Jeremy Poirier will transition to the role of Chairman. Outgoing Chairman Gino DeMichele has retired from the board, having served for six years.
