(NYSE: ESRT) today announced that it signed a new office lease with Instacart – a grocery technology app – for 26,134 square feet at 111 W. 33rd Street in the second quarter. Along with a 7,052 square-foot office lease signed with Hansa Biopharma, Inc. early in the third quarter, 111 W. 33rd Street is now 100% leased.
